Vittorio is founding partner of VP Search and has developed his network in particular into

Vittorio has a degree in Economy and Business from the Genoa University and has a Master in Corporate Finance from St Xavier University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Public Auditor.
Vittorio starts his career at EniChem France in Paris in the Finance team and then joins PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor and an advisor. He then is an active part in the startup of Michael Page’s operations in Italy where he becomes Head of Finance and Financial Institutions practice.
He afterwards starts up and manages Italian branch of Robert Half International, where he has always been actively involved in the Executive Search business. Vittorio is focused on Private Equity (including Management Buy In and Management Buy Out deals), Corporate & Institutional Finance, Insurance, Industrial & Middle Market and Luxury Goods business and has an important network and expertise in General Management Searches.
Vittorio is a member of Fondazione Pangea Onlus Advisory Board, a non-profit organization which supports women’s and their families’ conditions for social and economic development.

Emanuela has a degree in Human Science at the Cattolica University of Milan and has a Master in Human Resources Management.
She starts her career in an Italian Executive Search boutique where she becomes familiar to Head Hunting approach. As a Senior Consultant, she is in charge of management search in various industries and functions. Areas of excellence are developed in the Industrial, FMCG, Fashion & Luxury and TLC.
Then Emanuela becomes an active member in Robert Half Italian branch start up and development: as a Senior Manager, she is in charge not only of important Italian listed Companies and Large Corporates but also of Italian Middle Market excellence players.
She adds to her already rich background an extraordinary network in the Finance and Insurance areas. Emanuela is focused on Food, Fashion & Furniture, Manufacturing / Precision Mechanics, Oil & Gas / Energy and Insurance and has developed strong network in Engineering, Human Resources, Sales and General Management functions searches.
